This is our third year offering summer Rock Camps! They are great for improving proficiency at your instrument and gaining valuable performance experience. But even for experienced musicians, they’re an awesome way to:
- learn how to play with bandmates
- try out a new instrument
- make new friends
- just have a BLAST playing music!
Camps include daily 1-on-1 private lessons on guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, or vocals, plus fun group rehearsals to prepare for a final show at a local venue.
Previous Rock Camps have performed songs from Black Sabbath, Radiohead, Beatles, White Stripes, Runaways, The Ramones, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Journey, The Ramones, Led Zeppelin, Cramps, Nirvana, and much more!
2013 Rock Camp Dates
Camp 1 – Jun 24-28 (show Jun 29) – DRUM ROSTER FULL
Camp 2 – Jul 8-12 (show Jul 13) – GUITAR & DRUM ROSTERS FULL
Camp 3 – Jul 22-26 (show Jul 27) – VOCALISTS & KEYBOARDISTS ONLY (all other instruments full)
Camp 4 – Jul 29-Aug 2 (show Aug 3)
Camp 5 – Aug 12-16 (show 17)
All camps run from 12-5 Monday-Friday, with a 2 pm show the following Saturday.

Rock Camp Fees
New AND Current Rock Project Students:
$500 when signing up before May 1
$550 on/after May 1
There is no fee for transferring sessions from one week to another, if there is space available, but please try to do so with at least a month’s notice of the start date for the desired camp.

(Cancellations received by/on May 31st will receive a full refund, minus $25 processing fee. On/after June 1st, cancellations made with 15 days or more notice receive 50% refund, minus $25 processing fee, OR the full amount paid for camp can be credited to regular season program tuition only in the form of a gift certificate that expires June 1st of the following year. Cancellations made with 14 or fewer days notice will not be eligible for a refund or credit. Camp fees are not refunded or prorated for camp days missed.)
